Marks
The Layer and hevlayer names, logos, domains, product icons, and visual identity are Layer marks. Copyright licenses for code do not grant trademark rights.
Permitted References
You may use the marks to truthfully describe compatibility with Layer, link to Layer documentation, identify unmodified Layer gateway distributions, or discuss Layer in commentary.
Modified Versions
Forks and modified versions must not be presented as official Layer releases. Use a distinct name and make the modified status clear in documentation, package metadata, image names, and user-visible output.
Hosted Services
Do not use Layer or hevlayer marks for a hosted or managed service without written permission. The gateway license controls copyright permissions; this policy controls use of the marks.
